About
Cook County Leak Repair provides free plumbing repairs for income-eligible residents in suburban Cook County who own or rent their homes and have old or leaky plumbing.
The program replaces inefficient or outdated indoor plumbing fixtures, including leaky faucets, running toilets, and showerheads, which can lead to high water bills. It can also help fix plumbing leaks that cause water loss from indoor fixtures or from the pipes that bring water into your home. Leaks resulting from weather or structural damage are not covered by the program. In some cases, the program can support residents who are behind on their water bills.
